    What is the best test for SIBO and what is the best test for D-lactic acid and any natural supplements to resolve sibo and/or elevated D-lactic acid levels?

    Thank you for this discussion. My daughter has been diagnosed with IMO after completing the breath test and her recent blood tests have shown elevated levels of Lactic Acid. Interestingly, earlier this year her pediatrician had her on probiotics for 3 months...

    Fascinating information.
    Lots of my problems began with probiotic use.

      Same here. I started experiencing tinnitus, headache, extreme fatigue, brain fog and poor sleep after starting probiotics.

      @VitaminJ7734 How are you treating the side-effects of probiotics?

      @yoyo I'm doing great.
      I wasn't able to pin down the problem for Garlic helped me a lot.
      Which, doesn't exactly make sense since garlic supposed to be good for probiotic Flora (bad for sibo) but it seemed to be the best trick for me.

    I have these elevated lactic acid levels, very bad mental effects, and methane SIBO. I also have elevated CK Levels. Eating sugar makes all of this go over board. If you do any other studies how would I find out? I live in Tennessee.
