Not Going Out On A Limb

  • The plaintiff says the defendant is her next-door neighbor, who had some tree work done. She claims a limb fell on her brand-new BMW and damaged it, so she’s suing for the cost to repair it. The defendant says she hired a professional arborist who’s insured, so the plaintiff should be going after him. She denies owing anything.

Kindness goes a long way, and hopefully, the defendant can sue that guy. Both of them look so lovely and beautiful not because of their looks but how beautiful their souls are by being kind and respectful to each other.
