While it might be outside the shiny rules, Moonside Clover cycling through the different neon colors (or just having a different color per head) would have been pretty neat to see - they're a miniboss, I think they deserve it.

Isn't part of the whole thing with the Dark Worlds that, unlike Undertale, they DO function on RPG rules? Other than the Weird Route, Deltarune doesn't really seem concerned about wether or not you grind, just that you'll miss some content if you end your encounters violently.

Im surprised you had so much of an issue with bloxer, cuz my first instict would just to make bloxer's blue gloves and pants become red since it would be the opponent in a boxing ring. An inverted colour in both clothing and body just seemz obvious for a boxing enemy. no?
Eh maybe. Bro had an approach of giving some huge lore meaning as to why shiny is the way it is though. And kinda got into the loop of that, forgetting most obvious ways. (Although it wouldn't be as fun to watch if reasoning was just "cuz it looks cool")

The pedantic Power Rangers fan in me needs to correct something: While Tommy (Green-turned-White Ranger) did eventually become the team leader, it wasn't until the follow-up series, where half the team was swapped out and the ones who got to stay had their colors changed. At that point Tommy became the Red Ranger, thus making him team leader. In other words, it is accurate to say "The Green Ranger would eventually become the White Ranger and take over as the leader of the Power Rangers" but it's very misleading. A more accurate version would be "The Green Ranger would eventually become the White Ranger, then eventually the third Red Ranger, at which point he would become the new leader of the Power Rangers."
