Ho Chi Minh City really surprised me and the wife too. It was really sooo much more modern than we expected. Amazing people, amazing culture, amazing prices. I'm hoping the rest of the you tube club doesn't follow you over. I miss seeing those little tables and chairs and people sitting outside eating like that. The vibe there was always very friendly, and safe. Those prices seem to have gone up a little in the last 5 years. Inflation right? LOL. It pretty much had everything you could possibly want. I got so many comments there from people (women) just loving my skin tone. A very lively place. That Vietnamese coffee was excellent. Sweeter as they put in condensed milk. They even have cigar bars man. Loved it. I also miss how open air everything was. Love that fresh air blowing through everything.

But the tram is about to be put into operation here, in the past, there was a small number of people who disagreed with public railways, unable to clear residential areas to build public railways.

I was in a hotel last month in Saigon (district 7) with a city view, for the price of one of them Sky Bar cocktails. And I could sit on the balcony in my y-fronts. Value for money.
To sum it up you can find Ox-tail stew in the PI, collard greens & sweet potato pie in Thailand and Black-eye-peas in coconut milk in Vietnam, Soul-Food Is cooking In Asia.

I spent 10 days in Nam back in 2019 through my personalized Southeast Asian tour where i did Singapore Malaysia Vietnam Cambodia Laos and Thailand. They were just building a tram near the hotel of Mia Saigon. They were so friendly & modern.
That noodle shack beside grand riverside is indeed a hidden gem. Daikon sweetness with a good enough of meaty, msg-forward oomph, clean tasting pork & shrimp. It seems like you have an extremely high tolerance for spiciness -- that's an obscene amount of Vietnamese peppers!

Well, I met a lot of black people in Saigon. They usually buy veggies at my mom's shop 😊👌 There is a guy, he really likes asparagus, idkw 🤭 I only choose the freshiest one for him.
