Haven’t watched you guys for quite a while but I am back on track now. While I was watching this this video a friend of mine from Catania called me, what a coincidence ! I am finally getting my act together and will be moving back to Citta’ Palermo within the next year and a half. My heart and soul are on that Island and if I only lived one day there after my return I will die a very happy man ! You and Ester are very special people and I hope to meet you both some day. Wow, I can't believe how inexpensive the eggs were. Half a dozen for 1.09Euro. I bought 1/2 doz small farm free range eggs last week for $5. A full dozen of the same brand was about $7 or $8. We did have an avian flu outbreak here, but many producers are definitely taking advantage of the issue. Love that you have such great choices with the contorno and other pre-made dishes.

Many places have limited gluten free choices. Plenty of fish, veggie offerings...even gluten free pizza
