If it is Billie, in her last collab 'Guess Remix' with Charli XCX , Billie and her brother are credited writers and Finneas is a producer; but the O'Connells are not credited on this. I thought this was an older unreleased Billie track, sounds like older era but IDK.. If it is Billie then they wanted to keep quiet.
