What if the new axle seems shorter than the one the car made with, can it work still?

No it can’t work if it’s shorter make sure it the same because if not and you put it in it’s gonna jump back out when your driving and you don’t want to be stuck in the middle of the road..it’s happened to me before AutoZone give me the shot when I need the long side. So just make sure have a blessed one

always hate cv axles lock ring never wants to come lose for me.. guess we see tomorrow .. mechanic says it could take 3 hours @ 91$ a hour i dont think so..
