Finally, manufacturers are making both spare bedrooms of about equal footage!! A Miricale! That looks wonderful, two kids (or 4) would be happy in those bedrooms. When I bought a 16x80 new mobile, that frigging middle bedroom was so tiny I was actually shocked. I had to have the manufacturer, when I ordered the MH, to shorten the living room by 18" and put that 18" into the middle spare bedroom. I think it cost an extra $400.00 to the price of the Mobile Home. With that additional extra space the bedrooms were STILL uneven in sq ft, but it was a whole lot bigger than it would have been. (A lot of manufacturers, if your ordering a mobile home can adjust things... but not to move water heater, house heater, plumbing or electrical -- like the stove and the refridge.) Kids are important and siblings deserve as close as we can in equal sq footage. I sure never missed that 18" in the living room.
Now this is a home I could love! Like the hidden laundry room and the exterior house doors. Yes a door over water heater for sure! A window over tub in hall bath would be so nice! I would have to add storm doors too. I have a champion and it was a little cheaper than this but I do like this one with a few changes.
Why aren’t there any temporary blocks underneath the home as required per law? Why didn’t the retailer not put temporary blocks underneath the home as required? Next time you do a video of a new manufactured home. Will you do a closeup around the side of the windows, doors, vents, outlets, and corner trim where the siding goes behind to ensure the people that all exterior mating surfaces are sealed with sealant as required per section 24 CFR 3280.307 Resistance to the infiltration of wind, air, rain, Snow, water.
Do you deliver the Maryland? How much for a 4 bedroom with a kitchen pantry, a garage for 2 vehicles and a walk in coat closet at the front door or in the living room or across from the living room?
When looking 👀 to buy a new manufactured home. Do yourself a favor. If the mating surfaces are not sealed with sealant as required per section 24 CFR 3282.307 If the exterior mating surfaces are not sealed with sealant. Section 42 U.S. Code 5409 states that a noncompliance manufactured home SHALL not be offered for sale, sold, lease, or leased.

They need to get rid of the wood paneling. It’s 2024, almost 2025, not 1970’s; otherwise nice unit.
I like it
You can drywall this home!
This is a sold unit that is optioned to the buyer's wishes. When you buy yours you can choose your own finishes and options.
Keep in mind, if ordering a mobile you can change that ugly gray color scheme to something, anything, different.
