apko low medium flame par fry karna hai aur apke dough may moisture zada hoga jis karan ye hua, mawa may moisture kitna hai issi k according maida ya atta daala jata hai
Aapke mawa may moisture zada hone k karan aisa hota hai , aap phle ek choti ball ko fry karke test kare hamesha aur agar wo crash ho to binding k liye atta ya maida daal kar use theek kre, aap 1 Tsp bareek sooji bhi daal skte hai , sooji moisture absorb krne may help karti hai
