Aapne fry karte samay flame ko bilkul low rakhna hai aur oil zada garam nhi hona chahiye, agar gulab jamun zada hot oil may fry hoga to upar se dark ho jayega but andar se kaccha reh jayega. Gulab jamun fry karne k baad thodi garam chasni may dip kijiye ,aur 2 hrs atleast usmay rehna dijiye. Try kijiyega next time in points ko dhyan rakhiyega. 😊♥️
