I was born in a city inside the region, Oruro which is almost 4000 meters above the sea level. First of all, the weather is not only freezing cold, it’s very dry, literally a desert. It’s empty. You could walk for days without finding human traces, or even without listening anything but the wind. Extreme might not be the right word, I would call it hinospitable.
What I like about photography is it makes you notice beauty you would normally walk past without really appreciating.

Really beautiful, But i wish there would be more information on how the structures evolved like this and less "how can i find the perfect shot"
