Medication and exercise update

  • Monday, my first day back to the gym. With vm it has become a rollercoaster of ups and downs in my weight with never really getting back down to my starting weight. I should be below 200lbs, ideally 190. During my worst i was 250. Ive gone up and down between 250 and 217… i need to get back to sub 200 but having vm and pppd daily really hinders motivation for anything. But i decided i NEED to lose weight. I’m very unhappy with my current physique and also just know that exercising will make me feel better so… this is my first day back to the gym, praying the rest of the week is this good and BETTER. I up my venlafaxine on Wednesday so, anxious but excited for that. Hoping for some improvements!
