      I didn't see people reviews flagship 1 saw bad reviews so I canceled my order they said I will take 8 days for my refund

    I ordered an ECM for a 2008 cadillac cts 3.6ltr. It took a little over 1 week to come in.When i opened it i noticed my ECM part number didnt match the number on the flagship ecm part number. I was a bit concerned cause i thought you had to have the exact same number from what was removed from the vehicle. I installed it and started doing the key programming. First attempt failed. Then i connected my snap-on verus pro d10. Cleared all codes and redid the key programming. Ater the 2nd key programming the vehicle started no issues. Vehicle shifts properly and has no misfires. My only gripe is that they put the no tamper sticker on the side of the ecm. Whenever i placed the ECM in its bracket it cut the tamper sticker cause its a tight fit. I just hope me accidently cutting the sticker doesnt void my warranty. Other then that im happy. I paid $395 for the 2008 cadillac cts 3.6ltr ECM from flagship. The dealer wanted $1,600 plus the ecm was on back order and couldnt tell me when it may come in. I would have to pay and would have to have waited however long it took the dealer to get it. The dealer said at least 3months possibly longer. So i bite the bullet and took the chamce with flagship. I do see other peoples reviews about it not working out for them. Idk if theyre car savvy or just DYI mechanics. I will be buying more computers from flagship. I will also give an update after a few months.

    The company is a scam, the ECU I ordered never worked. No replies form FlagShip1 one.

      Sorry to hear that. Mine was damaged and think it was from a wrecked vehicle because it was bent. The unit acted all erratic and was issued a full refund.

    Did that fix your problem? My Durango is having problems with torch and going up hills. Got two different codes when I did diagnostic

      My problem ended up being the win module (ignition key) as they call it. My Durango would just turn off randomly.

    Been wanting over a month on mine..with no idea when it will ship had a tracking#for two weeks beginning to think scam

    Shipping was slow due to an issue programming the 1st computer,. The packaging was great and more than I expected. The condition of item was kind of poor due to the bent piece and over spray. It has been installed and waiting test results.

    please read google reviews of these people...i know their ads are every where...which clue in something..i call these people they dont pic up but will call you back if you place order thru their chat. really understand what re-furb. re- built re- anything means same part they just fix or so call fix what was wrong with it. you always want new with programming uploaded.

      My experience was not bad as I expected. I did get a bent non working unit and return was easy. I saw many reviews afterwards and well it leans more toward the bad side. I wont be buying anything from them as I found a small buisness 50 miles away with decent prices and warranty.

      @@trini_boi2414 autotechelectronic dot com. They are 50 miles away and I have heard lots of good things. The Durango has been working great since repairs. You can find them on TH-cam as well or there website.

      No and did get my money back. The PCM was faulty but was not the issue on my Durango anyways. The Win module was defecting causing the vehicle to turn off randomly.

      PCM was returned as all my lights on dashboard turned on and vehicle was not driveable. I spoke with another mechanic and told me it could be the win module and after replacing it the car worked perfectly.

    Flagship one is a joke .. read the reviews.. they don't lie... i got screwed by these bastards and apparently I'm not the only one...

      My unit was causing issues and my Durango had like 12 faulty codes on a scanner. I placed the original one back and got a full refund which actually surprised me. My vehicle actually had a bad win modu lo e and not Ecm like mechanic told me.

      They need to be sued.. they take your money without an issue. But take a long time to send you crap...😒

      I'm going to actually give them a shot. I live in the area so if they try to take my money I'll be right on that long island railroad 😂. Need 1 for a 07 avalon. Me thinking I was a mechanic messed me up

      I dont remember but the main issue on my car was the WIN module or ignition switch.

    Hi! So I was wondering, My alternator and battery are brand new, but the battery keeps getting drain, do you think that the PCM is bad? I also have a 2013 Durango Citadel. Did you buy another one after the refound? Sorry for all the questions lol

      I did not buy one and spent the money in a Casino. I have an F250 that started to drain battery in 24hrs and was my dash not turning off completely. I have not had your issue on my Durango.

      yeah, the pcm probably isn't regulating alternator output.

    Did you make sure to match the numbers from the old computer when purchasing the new one?

      Yes, they helped me confirm that but the issue was the win module and not the PCM.

      You give them the VIN # and automatically send you the ECM or at least that's how my experience was. My ECM serv #/part number didn't match the serv #/part number from the ECM the flagship 1 sent me. I was a bit skeptical that it was going to work cause I always thought you had to have the same exact serv # then what was taken off of the vehicle. It worked and vehicle drives normal shifts fine, no misfires, everything on the vehicle works. No issues even with the numbers not matching
