I think this is fab! I see so many posts with babies, spoon in hand, munching through everything! So it’s lovely to see a little one learning and playing with food and utensils. Every baby is different and gets there in their own time. X

Are you gonna repeat this everyday until she starts eating on her own?? My baby is 15 months old and whenever I give her anything to eat in her own she throw away everything or else she started playing with it. Any suggestions how I can work with her ??
My son is 13 months and he has a very hearty appetite and I’m trying to introduce him to the spoon, let’s just say he isn’t to happy. Lol. Good luck to all my mamas! ❤
New subscriber! Your daughter is adorable! My son is 13 months and he is a picky eater and eating solid food has been challanging!! He is also still learning how to use a spoon and that is exactly what he does when I let him use utensils lol.
I just subscribed because of this video. My son is about to be 12 months next week and we are also having similar issues. I see all these babies all over the Internet self feeding with like whole pieces of Food Dude and we are still definitely on purees for the most part... yet he has 8 teeth!!! With more coming in! Not sure the hold up

My baby would immediately throw the bowl of food the moment I put it down.. When I used the ones with suction, he just play with the food, never tasting it 😂
Hi Kayla! Your daughter is so adorable! My daughter hasn’t had a problem with foods. Including solid. My mom is a bit on the hard side cause she doesn’t want my daughter to make a mess but she hasn’t had an practice with a spoon
My son won’t eat purées or yoghurt or anything that needs a spoon... he is twelve months old. I started him on solids at 6months because he has multiple food allergies and the nutritionist advised to start with him feeding himself so I can know whether he is crying from a painful stomach reaction or not wanting to be fed.
You may want to have your baby checked for s tongue tie if she is still eating purees and not interested in more solid foods at that age. It's something that is very common but not alot of people know about, definitely wouldn't hurt to look into it and have your babys dentist check out the lip, cheeks, and tongue.
My daughters the same except she started off a great eater and now she’s incredibly fussy and will hardly eat anything but I suppose that just comes with the age , I’m yet to try her with a spoon so hopefully it won’t be as messy as I think it’ll be lol

Very cute. Instead of telling her what to do, it's all about modeling. Mom eating with her using a spoon so she can watch and try to imitate.
