Diamond is hard to SCRATCH, that was the hardness test is for. its actually really easy to break diamonds, as the harder a substance the more fracture lines it has in its structure.
You can tell just by his appearance he’s Metal Empire. He looks a little mechanical with his face and the metal spikes coming out of his back. He also shoots electricity, showing he can channel energy like a machine would.

Just a thought but what if MegaKabuterimon (Blue) is the natural evolution of Kabuterimon, and the red form is from the Kabuterimon with some Kuwagamon "DNA". Kuwagamon is Red just like MegaKabuterimon, and HerculesKabuterimon is said to be from both Kabuterimon and Kuwagamon. It would also explain how MegaKabuterimon could also Digivolve into GranKuwagamon, by focusing on it's Kuwagamon "DNA"
Let's also remember the Japanese beetle brothers trope where the rhino beetle and stag beetle are paired together in a rivalry and a fused form of the two is the Caucasus beetle, which ironically enough looks like HerculesKabuterimon.
Tentomon does have four arms, though, which we do see him use, jus hanging there by his side most of the time behind his fore... sickles? Anyway, if anything, though, this video reinforces my theory that all Digidestined were deliberately given partners who are, for one reason or another, special somehow, from being descended from a Legendary Warrior, having the ancient power of Armour Evolution to being sacred or being among the strongest of their species! Has anyone else noticed that?
So was the digital world created with all this history already having happened or something cause why would for instance ancientgreymon have ancient in it's name when its time period was the present? Would it have just been called greymon back then? So what about regular greymon then?
Grandis Kuwagamon is mostly the X-antibody version of Gran Kuwagamon. It does have an evolution line starting with Kuwagamon X and then Okuwamon X. Yes, it does evolve into it, but it is the Digi-Xrossing with Gran Kuwagamon, Mega Kabuterimon, Okuwamon and Kuwagamon aka visual pets. Also, the highest level any bug type Digimon can get to is Tyrant Kabuterimon.
The blue one is defensive and the red is offensive as red lowers defense And its blue form lowers targets attack their signature move are different in that regard
Given the nature of Insectoid Digimon, I think that Tai would be a far more suitable tamer for Tentomon. And Tentomon energized by the crest of Courage, would have been a far better fighter.

I just remembered Tentomon digivolved because Izzi inserted the data into his body. That's why Kabuterimon still maintain Tentomon's peaceful nature.
