Compared to Pokemon-Evolution, Digivolution is extremely complex, often having 3-5 Routes into complete different Attributes.

Cressgarurumon like victorygreymon are super ultimate forms beyond the mega form these forms are what happen when their sheer will compels them to further evolve

I think Gandalf´s and Galadriel´s rings are made of mythril though. The one ring is made of gold. Psychemon can evolve to Gururumon, a white Garurumon and Sangloupmon, a very rare vampire wolf digimon and one of the most old specis on the digital world who can evolve into Astamon
I think the Nightmare Soldiers gene represents the werewolf aspect of his line. In some folklore werewolves are considered undead. Also "loup garou" is the French word for werewolf, If I remember correctly. Hence the name Garurumon. Keep in mind that not all lychantropy is described the same. For instance, in D&D a werewolf is at max power when he or she shifts completely into a wolf, with the bipedal, anthropomorphic version being an incomplete transformation. My guess is that the creators of Garurumon assumed that the half humanoid version had more power in the form of intelligence and tactics, rather than the raw speed of the full wolf version, which is why they made the bipedal version stronger. Plus, you know, it looks cooler.
Bipedal form has opposable thumbs, it can use any weapon it chooses, like a bat. lol Gyarourumon

As a TV show digimon wins because it actually has a good story that has really good twist and turns

Pokémon seems to be a little more easier to understand in away because there’s not so many connecting evolutions or different variations of the same monster. Plus the typing is very understandable on which beats what as well as the evolutions making a bit more sense compared to digimon.
As a whole digimon is ok I don’t get the same enjoyment when I’m playing a Digimon game compared to a Pokémon game But I do get a lot more enjoyment watching the digimon tv shows compared to the Pokémon ones

Oh and just so you know, Astamon and Belphemon sleep mode and rage mode has *2* different rookie levels. Psychemon & Phascomon. Phascomon is part of Belphemon's *_real_* evolution line.

And lastly the correlation of werewolves AND wolves to the night and the moon, where a full moon is often associated with myths and magic, so it's no surprise that it both belongs to the virus buster group AND the nightmare soldier group, because it's a purely mythical creature that has a duality of good and bad

That was a good video as always .^^ As for what you said about Psychemon it does have a Champion form it is called Gururumon a Subspecies/Variation of Garurumon who uses high-temperature flames spewed from its mouth and then it evolves into Astamon but of course it is possible for a Digimon to jump from Rookie to Ultra immediately just like you said Psychemon could, but it does have a Champion form, as for the Mega level it can evolve to Belphemon sleep mode but it's direct evolution seems to be Tactimon.

But digimon is very complicated when it comes to the digivolution lines. It goes from one to another and make me confused. But I'll keep all your comment in mind! They're very important!!

@@DigimonExplained Yes I'm happy to go along in this journey ^^ but to answer you Gururumon is not BlackGarurumon because its appearance is very similar to Garurumon its color is just lighter (lighter white and lighter blue) and i think that the nightmare soldiers family fits because it evolves to Astamon and then Tactimon.
@Nostalgia925 According to Digimon World 2, Gururumon is a Vaccine Digimon. So It's possible it could also Digivolve into a WereGarurumon as well.

I honestly also believed it myself. To my surprise it is not the case haha
zeedgarurumon is the result of a special evolution done with only a kind of digivice. It is one of the arbitrators of the digital world along side victorygreymon, who come to be when yggdrassil got corupted. It IS the strongest vesion of garurumon up to date.

If Gabumon were to lose the Garurumon fur, then what sort of evolution path will it take?
That's what I thought. Garurumon seems like a forced evolution path, I assume gabumon wouldn't survive without its fur, but if it did and could evolve to its true form it probably would be pretty cool. Or gabumon is just a shapeshifter digimon and can evolve into any digimon if it has its dna data.
I've heard that a Gabumon that evolves without the fur on becomes a Cyclonemon

I think Fangmon is the true missing link to Psychemon and Astamon especially if you consider he’s data type, and it’s stated that if garurumon is the wolf of light, Fangmon is the wolf of darkness

I remember seeing Psychemon and Tsukaimon among others wandering around the map in Digimon World way back when and for a long time I thought they were jus simply recolours of their recogniseable counterparts, Gabumon and Patamon respectively due to their Animé roles! 1:50 if you can get a good look at Gabumon without it's Garurumon pelt and good luck with that as they hate the idea of being seen without it on.
In fact I can only think of ONE time in the anime where it takes it off in front of someone, that being the time Matt and Gabumon were separated from the other digidestined and got caught in a snow storm, they took shelter in a cave to wait out the storm, Matt fell asleep but began shivering from the cold. Fearing for the health of his partner, Gabumon took off his pelt and wrapped it around the UNCONSCIOUS boy. When the storm was over, Matt awoke to Gabumon running out of the cave to put his pelt back on(you only see his tail and bit of his back)
Gabumon are very shy and self conscious about their appearance. It's afraid of getting hurt without it's Garurumon pelt, not just physically but also mentally, being bullied and made fun of for it's appearance without the Fierce fur of Garurumon
This may be close to the reason why WereGarurumon wears the "death symbol", that reason being: Intimidation.
Think of it like this, I'm a Gabumon(without the fur) and am sick of being picked on and underestimated for my silly and weak appearance(and being underestimated can get me and/or my master killed). But one day, I find the data for the fur coat of Garurumon, who is respected for it power. I make a copy of this fur coat, to make my enemies think twice before picking a fight with me or my master.
And for WereGarurumon it's about the same, to make my enemies think twice about messing with WereGarurumon or it's master

When it comes to Elemental Affinity, gabumon really does confuse me because it's all over the place really. Seems like it's supposed to be tied to the elements of ice, but blue Blaster is a fire attack, so is howling Blaster from garurumon. But in some games weregarurumon drops the fire element completely and is tied to the Earth, and then metalgarurumon goes and becomes a cyborg and has a bunch of ice attacks, but then the Digi egg of friendship causes anyone who uses it to gain electric properties and it's just like... Geez make up your mind Agumon is fire and it sticks with fire😂

I won't say you didn't do your research, but what says Psychemon doesn't have a Champion form? It's like any other regular Digimon and sure we have seen a minimum of 2 occasions of a rookie skipping to Ultimate, but what says Psychemon exclusively digivolves to Astamon or always skipping the Champion level?

To be honest Samuel, don't get me wrong, but when I made this video I replied to the comment of Cory Templeton asking me to make a video about the other original two team digimons (which included Gabumon). I didn't even think I would be mentionning Belphemon in this video and I did say that I would be talking about Belphemon and the other demon lord digimons in a separate video. You'd have to be a bit more patient
