The capacity of the Duravo is larger, has a side handle, more interior pockets, and the top is flatter and more convenient for placing another bag on top. I'm nervous taking a chance on a new brand but they have the most features and capacity at the lightest weight, while still meeting most international carry-on size requirements. I'm looking forward to using it on my next trip!
I’m in the same dilemma for a light carry on and was looking at the same ones as you. Hopefully it worked out well if you purchased it. The Duravo is more feature rich but at a slightly higher price. I think the side handle and internal compression straps are nice. Plus the more concealed wheels tucked in give additional internal space. This is probably the one I’m going with for my trip coming up.
@Campos2011 I've traveled twice with the Duravo bag now. As carryon, checked luggage, and a car trip. It's done well and I'm really happy with it. It went on sale right after I bought it and they honored the sale price and refunded the difference, was very easy. The only things not perfect for me is the battery pouch is too small for one of my batteries but good for those rod style. The airtag pouch is tight for a square Tile but it fit. And I used a different luggage tag, which was hard to find one with a strap that could squeeze through the holder. To me all small things that I've managed to work with. And it's so light!

You brought up points I was concerned with and I’m glad to hear it’s not really a big deal. It’s great that they honored the cheaper price and currently it’s on sale too at 270 with a coupon. I was just weary of Duravo being a new brand to me compared to July, but they gotta start somewhere. Wheels are an important thing and it’s good to see they are using quality Hinomoto wheels. I went ahead and placed an order, thanks again 👍🏽

I could tell how lightweight this was by the way you lifted it up. I really the the USB port in there for charging. I've never seen that! It's so convenient.
Looks like a great bag. But aside from the durability of the case, there is hardly any mention of the other important suitcase features such as the wheels and telescoping handle. For instance, how do the wheels differ? Are they Hinomoto or Silent Run 360 like on the other expensive brands? And, how about the telescoping handle? How many settings? Does it angle? It looks external in some pics, but in the review it looks like it's in the case. Handles in the case sometimes jam when the bag is packed full (Monos, July). The bag seems excellent, but there is little info about it other than what the case is made of and I could only find two or so reviews so it's hard to compare against other bags. Thank you for being one of the very few and for making such a nice video.

But one has wide handles (Level 8) and another has the telescoping handle angled a bit to supposedly be more comfortable when tilted, for say traveling across cobblestones :-). But your answers were great! I do have one more that I forgot tho regarding the handle. Some of the other bags have telescoping handles that look external, but they actually run under the internal fabric (Away, Monos, etc) and people seem to find the handles jamming and hard to pull out or back in because of the crush of a very full suitcase. Others with the handle totally external do not have that problem. So is the second type that is totally external what you mean about the Doravo?
