You are so right. My "whatever" started as a FWB thing which was bad enough..it soon was more emotional than physical. Due to long distance and other circumstances. We had a disconnection that lasted two years. Only to have him come back on the scene, and we started it all again.(BAD).Emotional and physical..I found myself feeling stressed at the thought of his wife's betrayal. Called it quits again.. NO MORE....

Especially if the emotional affair was just for attention but the partner wouldn’t believe that anyways
No... Emotional is far worse because you love the person and don't ever want to be without them. One night stand is physical but there are no ties of emotion with it. Aka easy to let it go.
