Big disrespect to TTs sleeper build he has more muscle in one leg then Hawkins has in his whole body! Plus he doesn't even look like him, they just have long hair 😂

Have loved all the pods but this is the best one so far. Absolutely compelling listen.

Fascinating stuff for all the fans who form superficial opinions of players, good or bad, without the first idea of the complex cocktail of physiology, genetics and psychology.

Fantastic episode. The sharing of understanding in this is superb. It’s clear that this guy is a top coach his ability to be clear and concise while taking both lenny and Coley with him is massive

That was a great chat! In South Africa we always refererred to players with farmer strength. The numbers in the gym aren't massive, but these players are animals on the field. I remember Schalk Burger once talking about his max bench press being 100kg, but he was a brilliant rugby player and a fearsome opponent.

So good! My favourite one so far and they are all great!
My favourite thing to listen to/watch is how athletes train and prepare.
Love hearing about players’ mentalities too.

Such a deep and informative talk in this episode. Right at the start; that is why we cant simply pick an England squad based on premiership form.

Such a good episode, best one to date by far.
It's nice to see/hear some of the people who make it all work behind the scenes.

I can not believe how compelling this episode was. I am very OCD and keep saying to people work, training to think ahead what if! What if! Also T2 was amazing the way he talks the volume and delivery draws you in. I loved EJ and hated how he was treated and how SB is being talked about but this shows what goes into getting a team ready to peak and how to
Build through a tournament. JM discussion when you know how JM talked about being dropped and what he needed to do toget back in. Brilliant POD

A real shame Tom was moved on at the end of the NZ series. England could do with his experience now.

I can’t believe I’m Welsh watching these pair and enjoying their personalities and content! RFU needs to do a better job of revealing personalities
