Love the format. For the back extensions, is it worth trying to set up in a home gym without the actual machine? I know there are ways you can kind of Jerry-rig it to work but is it worth risking/improvising it?

A topic I’d be interested on hearing your take on is “total time in the gym, how long should your training sessions be “ maybe a quick future vid 🫡

QUESTION, related to this subject? As squats get heavier somewhere in the 85% and above the right knee begins to cave in hard. I have failed 250kg multiple times as when I squat it throws me out of position forward and bends me I try to fight through that sticking point. However, when I do the bar rolls on my back and then my right knee caves in completely looking like I heart myself but it doesn't heart. I'm a taller lifter 5'11 220lb and my squats are a but bend over to keep the bar over my midfoot. ANT ADVICE??
