Watch me as I try and replicate a previous sculpture. For those who know Resin or Fluid art you know it will never be identical. However, super happy with the end result the colours and feeling are the same. I think I do prefer this version as less white on the outside. I was so sad when I found out the original sculpture shattered on its transit over to USA. Let me know your thought on this new version and also cross you fingers that is makes it this time across the pond.

I do like to talk through my videos but sometimes I have to just immerse myself into the process. This was had a time frame and because I was trying to replicate some that broke in transit my had full concentration. Its break it up but I promise my voice will be back. Thank you for watching.

What a wonderful journey. IT'S STUNNING ❣ I loved watching you put this one together. Sorry about the shipping problem. My best friend told me the heart I got from you was so Beautiful. She loved it. I Agee with another commenter. Best one so far. I'd be sick if I heard one of my pieces was damaged and I had to replace it. I hope the buyer appreciates it as much as we do.
Awww thank you Pam and you are spot on I almost cried and felt very sick, the feeling of guilt even though its wasn't me who chucked it around the photos of it looked like they courier had played football with it. The pressure to turn it around fast and make it look and feel similar. However, this one is a beauty and an improvement on the first IMO. The colours were fantastic and the crystals resemble the foam of the sea.

These sculptures are great as you can take two same amounts of resin and you can get 2 totally different pieces. It's totally unique to you. Take care, have fun and stay safe 💖 💖💖

That's so pretty Sharon, a lot of work but so worth it. Hopefully this one arrives at it's destination safely. Can I ask you what the purpose of the iridescent paper is? Does it give a glossy finish?
Thank you so much and so do I with the shipping. You may ask, the iridescent paper with he gloss helps with the glossy finish but its also and mainly a framework for your Resin to be able to move it, sculpt it and release it once it cured. Hope that helps.

This is my favorite! But I was so disappointed to see you resin that candle inside because what will happen when the candle burns out? Then you have to try to remove it to replace the candle.
Hi, I just tried this method and my alcohol ink colors faded away leaving me with just one color. What could cause that? I used navy, aqua and sky blue. I lost the detail and it is all aqua.
I don't use alcohol ink in these now I use Resin pigment, mist likely heat or pouring when it still runny as possibilities
This might be a dumb question, but where do you get the paper that you pour your resin on? I just tried a clear plastic and it adhered to the resin. Didn't really mess it up, but that's not what I want to happen lol. I like yours bc it's thick. Would you mind sharing where you got it?
Its should be in my description its from a company called paperchase but I got it through amazon Iridescent wrapping paper.

Always a joy to watch you work your wonder with these sculptures. I have tried some simpler ones so far. Sorry to hear about the shipping damage. Yes, these tend to be more fragile than many resin pieces but they are so lovely and people I have gifted them to are always amazed that it is possible to create something so amazing free hand.
Also the second one broke also during transit but I have many sculpture got all over the world and get there in one piece. I feel so sorry for this client. I am going to attempt another one for her but maybe a little small to help with the transit. 3rd time is a charm right? I just love sculpting, never thought I would. Glad yours have been received well also. Thanks also

I use both one is a film like florist use and one is like wax wrapping paper. Hope that helps.

@@SharonLindleyVividDaysArt, No, we cancelled it last year because I lost my baby brother who was 5 years older than my son, his was genetic heart valve disease. A Doctor in Emerency thought he was someone else and told him to go home. While his Doctor was busy getting him a bed in Coronary care. Three days before his funeral we lost our nephew to cancer.
This year is cancelled too. About 6 weeks ago my little sisters husband passed away. We are hoping to convince her to come and stay for Christmas. She knows she doesn’t have to be or do anything here.
Last year we filled two trolleys and gave them to our farmers in drought. It felt right and all of the one’s we have lost were very sweet and would have liked that. Our Christmas dinner was curried king prawns and ice cream. ❤️
