Nice. I think your thoughts on this are super sound. I would also add that there is a amazing community of enablers ready and willing to encourage you to buy more, answer questions, and generally join on this journey into the sculpted lands of terrain. >:D

Great stuff. As a DF collector of +25 years, I feel like if it's "Masticon-Approved", it's a solid purchase. Hope to see more.

Do you mind telling me how well the Classic Dungeon Core set the and Vaulted sets, like the Zultar's Game Room sets, look like together? By that I mean, does the Classic Dungeon stick out like a sore thumb? I was thinking about starting there but later on I know most of the expansions are in the Vaulted series and I don't want to wait 99 dollars if they don't look good together. Thanks for the video. Very helpful.

They look just fine if you mix them up. You want to use the vaulted together to mark specific rooms or walls but there is no problem having both. Personally I prefer the classic to the vault d pieces but having both is nice to have both formal and less formal rooms.

@@masticongames1936 Seems like all the new Dungeon sets are vaulted but give less walls from my research. So for my first set it makes sense to go with the Classic Set. Thanks for telling me they still look good together. One less thing to worry about.

Hi there, long time DF fan here. In my personal opinion, not only they mesh together seamlessly, it is practically a must. I find an only vaulted pieces build too crowded. I like having mostly standard pieces and add the vaulted as accents here and there (unless you are going for a very lavish room). Hope it helps. In the forum you can find a lot of pictures of these intermixed, so you can decide for yourself. Greetings!
