Why were they all disabled? Do they only turn on certain times?

The ship was in port. When the ship is docked the casino is typically closed.

It looks like there was a sign that said it was a Premier cruise. If it was, how hard was it to get a seat at table games?

Hi @peterhesse7548. It was a Premier cruise as well as a Journeys cruise. It was difficult to get a seat during peak hours at table games and during Premier events. It usually was better 11 pm/midnight most evenings.
