People just construct houses, shops, factories anywhere, anyhow, and I don’t blame them since that the way things are done. Where did this idea of owning land in Kenya came from as opposed to good land use? In the US and Europe, which are First World countries, this concept of owning plots of land by citizens, is almost nonexistent and the standards of living for these citizens are quite higher compared to Kenya. Does owning a piece of land makes one automatically wealthy? Why is UK our colonizers, not so subdivided like Kenya on the concept of land ownership? It’s not the “ownership” of land that should be important in Kenya, but the LAND USE for the good of the general population. No need of owning huge tracts of land that lay idle by individuals which can be put to proper use and benefit the whole population. How Kenya USES it’s small land will very much determine it’s future as opposed to “owning” of extremely subdivided pieces of land.
