- My cheap Audi R8 is ready for its first roadtrip! But first there's a few modifications and checks we need to do to the R8 V8. This is the first time my Girlfriend Hannah has driven my Audi R8 and it has a newely fitted @ARMYTRIX exhuast fitted to it which sounds insane! Something tells my the valve system will come in handy when on the roadtrip.

I'm not the brightest, I thought when Mat put the jugs under the car he was going to use them to hold up the car for a second.
Since you installed front splitter and side skirts, why don’t you get a diffuser too?
I`m a 75 year old bloke and love your energy and enthusiasm Matt and all without the need for "language" as is the case with so many others. I love the R8. Remember, class dresses down! Keep the roof box and the mounts they give it the look of a launch pad.

The R8 looks great with the new eh.. low stuff. But that ski-box looks thick and cheap, "family look", and it has the wrong angle which gives a lift on the Autobahn, I would throw it away. You should find a more sleek model and with real mountings. Suction cups on highway - prepare for disaster!

You are giving me some sort of validation with mods you make to these cars being similar to my GTI👌🏽looking good as always R8 has been a labour of love I can tell.
Was never a fan of the colour at first but I must confess with the wheels and calipers it is so distinctive, its definitely a grower and if you do turbocharge it- it will be a true beast.
Looking absolutely sick pal,I was just waiting for the "Machine Guns & Boosters" to pop out! 🤣😂🤣😂 In all honesty it looks proper streamline and you should definitely get on and " Patent" your design quick sharp before someone else nicks your ideas as there's definitely a market to be conquered out there for stuff like this..... My dream if I won the lottery is to tour the Alps in one of these, driving up the mountain roads to snowboard at loads of ski resorts along the way so I love the roof box.
Great vid, tip don't put a wheel either side of speed bump, just one wheel in the highest point ,gives more clearance.
