Out With The Old, In With The New Year Off-Grid Hybrid Changes And Pre-Relocation Consolidation

Using my extra laptop as a cellphone Wi-Fi Router for stability appears to work. My neighbor's shed exploded, putting our homes at risk, but that's for another video. Funny thing is, this raging building on fire not too far from mine yesterday (Jan 14, while editing this video) may end up allowing me to stay as the buyer may not close on the property because of the damage done yesterday.
Will I get to stay or will I have to go? Will I get some new equipment, have to continue dealing with what I've got, or will I end up with even less in the long run?
