You can make picked eggs if you like them I do.
You don't have to boil eggs for 10 minutes to get boiled eggs. Use cold water and bring it to a boil, turn off the heat and cover the pot and let it rest 10 to 20 minutes or if you want until the water is cool. Your eggs will be hard boiled.
