The workforce centers will help a person build a resume and has job fairs and felony friendly job resources for job seekers. For her to just write the resume, give it to the ex-offender and not follow-up with them is ridiculous.

And yes, I believe that every time the children come out she coincidentally comes out and starts yelling on her phone slinging profane words. Shame on you. That lady is looney. I have a neighbor just like her unfortunately. Yelled at my son for bouncing his basketball one summer morning at 10am and then tried to knock my door and act like she didnt just yell at him... meanwhile it was after 9am and for the 4 weeks prior she had construction crews tearing down and redoing her siding at 6am banging and banging and we let her slide. Needless to say I instructed what would happen if she didnt get off my property. These kinds of looney old ladies are a MESS.
Before 10 am in Cali, it's considered disturbing the peace. I would've called the police on her with that level of noise

She seems very cold hearted to work for ex offenders very nasty attitude the defendant was very respectful and seemed genuine and concerned and despite that the plaintiff was still very childish that’s sickening to have a neighbor like that can even have peace in your own home in a world that’s already insane

So let me get this straight, the children are in the best safest scenario while at play and you want their mother to stop what she is doing and go remove her children from that safe place only to subject them to the neighborhood bullies and possible street predators so you can type on your phone jailbirds resumes and not be interrupted with children's laughter? Like Judge Mathis says, you can go sit down at Starbucks and do your thing uninterrupted around other adults. This 'lady' is off her rocker. I feel for the defendant. I had a neighbor complain about my daughter playing outside (with me) and when the landlord called me I went off on him. Told him don’t call me about bs anymore and let him know to send her to me if she had any further complaints about my child.

The plaintiff is the 'damned if you do damned if you don't' type. Be happy kids are outside playing! If I ever felt that I couldn't handle the noise my neighbors were making for an hr or 2 a day...... I'd do my work earlier or a lil later, OR just bring it to a different spot in the house. My neighbors do dumb stuff, but it's not confrontational stuff. I don't like it, but it's nothing to get worked up about and it never prevents me from going about my day.
