Alberta officials provide update on ongoing wildfires - July 30, 2024

Officials from Alberta Wildfire and the Alberta Emergency Management Agency provide an update on the ongoing wildfire situation in the province.
Speaking with reporters are Christie Tucker, information unit manager with Alberta Wildfire, and Joe Zatylny, deputy managing director with the Alberta Emergency Management Agency.
There are currently 117 wildfires burning in the province, with 23 of them classified as out of control.
