not really, but the line they use is so weak that they have to do it to prevent it breaking on hard jerks or hooksets. to be honest its better to use braid and fluoro generally

Yes light rod is nice,but use sabiki its better,because you can get that fish more 😄..Good fishing! From BATAM👍

Shimano's Soare and Daiwa's Gekkabijin are recommended. They're both from Japan!
