For the starry sky one, i recommended looking up how to change custom text color in pjsk (its simple), and then making your actual text "■■■■■■■" as many times as you can, and then copying them, making them max size, and filling the screen up. While it still takes a good amount of layers, its much less than the method showen here
its automatically your leader card put on, so i don't think there's a wat to do so on your default profile, but you can make it on custom custome profile has templates and empty profile, you may select the default profile template and put another card there

You are really good at this! I have tried cutting character from cards before and it really takes a lot of layers and time.

To make grey:
Make what you want to be grey black
Get the same shape but white colored
Turn down the opacity on the white one
Put it on top
