@@Josepowerzoro definitely the form was efficient didn't see her sway side to side, legs were moving like pistons.
@@2LAZY-2EDITyes you to can become a really good rider if you dedicate your time and effort. I’m mastering my technique to. I’m more of a bulky track powerful track cyclist. I’m still trying to improve my endurance like her. I can go about 30 mph for 1 minute on flats before I start to gass out. It’s important to do interval and endurance training to help boost your zones 🤝

Need some advice from you Terry
Looking to buy a fixie with AL frame but I have doubts should be CA fork or AL?
I do ride a mtb hardtail carbon but compared with my AL feels more bumpy...
As brands here at shop are some such as Unknown one with 7.85kg with CA fork, SantaFixie around 8.5kg all AL, or FABRICBIKE at 7.95kg... thing is at 1.90m for me a rise handlebar would go better then a flat one

@@tallersricard7080En muchos años de estas carreras solo e escuchado de un accidente, en Londres en el cual un peatón fue herido gravemente y no era ni una carrera. La persona cruzó la calle mirando a su teléfono y no le dio la oportunidad te hacer cambios al ciclista. Hace come 5 años de eso.
