    I failed patho last semester ascribed to distractions, however, patho is my favorite class thus far. I am taking the class again this semester and I have an A. Next semester is clinical (RN-BSN). For anyone who is taking patho in the future do not let anyone try to discourage you by telling you that this class is "hard". This class is all about the etiology, effect, S/S and what a healthcare provider should do to treat it and potentially cure it. My tips are Eliminate all distractions, make an outline, make your own powerpoint, and make a review. TH-cam is the plug for animated videos describing the pictures in the books. I appreciate you for sharing your tips with us darling.🖤🖤🖤
    Edit: And if you are not understanding something write it over and over again word from word until you understand it. Also draw it out if you must. Of course ask your instructor or someone in class that is doing well assistance.

    Thank you, thank you, thank you soooooo much for such a thorough video. I am starting my FNP program in a 3 weeks & patho is my 1st class. I will definitely be utilizing & applying these techniques to my life. I've been out of school for some years & I was really concerned with getting back in the groove of school/ studying and balancing life. I appreciate you! Thx, Sis! I know you will continue to do well and congratulations on progressing through your porgam.

    Starting my FNP this week and we were not given any PowerPoint or study guides. We were just given pages to read, and I am a little nervous about not having PowerPoints honestly.

    Hey! 🖐🏾 good video. Im in research process of NP school. Is your program 100% online? It looks like on website it says hybrid but i thought i heard you say its online?

      @ashley_audacious  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Shelly Shelly I guess you could call it a hybrid. It’s mostly online. Online time I go to campus will be for labs that help prepare me for clinicals with my preceptor

      prettynurseashley That is great! I am in the FNP program through South University and finish the Jed of next year. I just started Advanced Patho and really struggling trying to find a study technique that works with a professor that does not give out any kind of hand outs, powerpoints and guidelines. This makes an already difficult class More difficult. But I’m binge watching videos trying to figure this out early on so I don’t struggle ❤️

    I’m taking this class right now my senior year of high school and I can say it is definitely way easier than anatomy and physiology

      Amana Jones how are you able to take this class during high school?

    • @amanajones7451
      @amanajones7451 5 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      prettynurseashley the school I’m at offers a wide variety of certification classes you can take such as: Phlebotomy, CNA, EMT.. etc. Pathophysiology is just one of the requirements in order to earn your certification
