I have a Holley Sniper on my 63 Impala and it makes a bug difference. No more dieseling issues or stuter starts.
They did have to install an adapter piece on the idle because the original piece was making the idle rough, the gas pedal would go from slow to really fast. The adapter made it gradual as it should be.

Love the Chevelles! 67’s are my favorite. Not crazy about the convertibles though. They look great with the top down but they lose their style when the top is up because the buttress is not there.
I know where one like this is all original in a literal barn. It was there 35 years ago and still there today. No title because the guy bought the farm in Kansas with it in it and he has not even opened that shed in years. Had a 327? And manual for shift in it.

Love your videos.. My Mom had a 68 with a 350. A 70 with a 400 (that I learned to drive on) and I had a plain Jane 72 with a 307. Loved them Chevelle's
I maybe a little bit picky but for 46k dollars I need everything to be working plus ac. After spending this kind of money the only thing I want to put in it is ass and gas!!
Such a REALLY nice old example of a True Chevelle SS CONVERTIBLE even!!! Nearly Barrett-Jackson ready!! Everything looks like it was done right, EXCEPT for that placement of the rear view mirror! Almost ruins all the rest of the good this car has. I know it's a little thing, and I'd still take her home with me, but REALLY they couldn't have replaced the original mirror correctly, after making the rest of the car so nice?? I KNOW there are reproduction parts galore for these cars. I've owned a '64, '68, '70 and 72 Chevelles over the years and there are several places in the country you can get correct reproduction parts!! This 67 SS Convertible is very nice over all, but the holes in the seats are because of moisture in the car, because of what you see in the trunk or the inside leaked and got water in side the car, because it is a Convertible and some us old timers call them bath tubs for this resign. Because finding the leaks can be changing in some convertibles. But I feel this car is worth the while to find out why. For she is worth the money to find out the answer. Very nice SS Convertible

Another GREAT Chevelle - So many at Maple Motors
Hard to go wrong with a Holley Sniper or Fuel Tech system these days. Easy to install, self teaching vs a carb. Especially on Jeeps and Scouts, Broncos for off angle fun.
Back in 67 on those chevelles the resavor for the power steering was mounted on the fender guess you've never seen one before
My brother had a 67' blue with vinyl top.He installed a transmission lifting it in with his chest 😮. While my second oldest moved around the gears 👍♥️
