Sorry, Chris, did mine (corn) just boiled, forgot the salt and that was good as I salted my breaded zucchinis a bit too much and blood pressure is high, but your recipe sounds delicious and I try it when I'll have all the ingredients. Exquisite post with all the details, wanted to recommend you to write a cook book, but you did, and you located somewhere I cannot get, but I have been there twice.I 'll have to here otherwise I'll write you a novel. Your just great, for cooking, three girls, wanting to climb the mountain that looses it's snow slowly, but surely...and helping all those needy kids with AIDS. I can only wish. I wish you and all the climbers all the good luck in everything and come back spiritually enhanced. Can not wait to listen to the other recipes on the side, Macaroni Pie and spicy fried chicken... The best to you? Emi

Sarah Myers I second that. I have had some amazing corn soups in Asia (especially Taiwan). I would love to see Chris's.
Can you make a recipe with soup. Using corn just like the Caribbean please?

Hello, love your channel, quick question if the corn is frozen how long do I boil it for?
Frozen corn will get mushy. You will want to use fresh corn.
Corn Soup Recipe please!!
SirDutty Oh yeah.
Asking this question may be a sin!
Is there any Jamaican "ready mixed" powder or liquid sauces you recommend?
I can't ever find scoth bonnets.
That question is not a sin lol...It's called Scotch bonnets and most Asian food markets have a Caribbean section, but that would be a good video idea for him to do because I'm sure other people don't know where and what brands to buy.
I usually use fresh habaneros. No scotch bonnet peppers available here either
Where is the recipe, Chris? I'd like to know how much coconut milk you used to "sweeten" the 4 ears of corn that you boiled. And you mentioned adding something called Shadow Benny. How much? Thanks!
hi, so you eat the corn or the soup?
Abc Xyz The corn, although I'm sure you could drink the cooking liquid. :)
