What was that piece of music, exactly? I'd love to know. Thank you, Rusty. And thank you again for the top notch content that has been with me on many a lonely time.
That kid from LA with the M3 definitely came across something he should have left alone, and unfortunately, he paid with his life. Hence, the crazy phone call. Someone ditched that car and threw the keys like nothing to see here. Rest easy, my dude.
So, some woman left an autistic kid and a toddler alone? Were they supposed to be looking out for each other? This is, at the least, child endangerment.
Yes. I'd like to find more information on the disappearance of this 4 year old. The toddler was ok? Were they left with friend(s) to watch?...I mean, did she REALLY leave them ALONE?? Why was it assumed that he drowned? Did someone "see" him fall in? ... This poor kid...

Missing at Lake Mead ? I'm from Vegas and I know Lake mead Very Well. There's no way one could go missing. Unless you drown, or if you hike the desert is the ONLY way . Or if you get abducted. Those are the ONLY ways.
Only If these people could come back from the dead and tell us what really happened? I bet those stories would save more lives but in the meanwhile stay safe out there because we don't need any more mysteries regarding missing people. Thank you Rusty God bless!
I could have vanished at Mammoth Cave back when I was 16. I was with a friend who dragged me a couple of miles off of the trail against my will so he could 'drink spring water' and wouldn't listen to me when I told him to stop until I screamed at him. I have plenty of outdoors experience, as my dad and I used to go hiking all the time, and I'm experienced enough to hike alone safely. He kept turning down different trails until we were 2 or 3 miles into the woods, away from where we should have been. My dad was at the trail head and only gave us permission to go down to the bottom of the hill and back- he knew I wasn't the kind of kid to wander off. My friend, however, was. My friend was slightly younger than me and was incredibly immature- the kind of person to literally play around on train tracks, which I learned a few weeks after this, shortly before I cut contact. We walked down to the bottom of the hill after doing a cave tour, and when my friend saw that there was storm damage on the bridge and that he couldn't get to the spring, he immediately turned down the next trail. I immediately raised my voice and asked him what he was doing, to which he said "going to drink spring water." I told him no, that my father had made it crystal clear we are to go no further than the bottom of the hill, and that I wouldn't be going with, but I ended up following him to make sure he didn't get himself killed. I kept telling him we didn't have the water for this, that we said we wouldn't go further than the bottom of the hill- and that people die in national parks. That this wasn't the same thing as him playing in the very, very regulated woods behind his house. Did he listen? No. For two or three miles, maybe even up to five, I continued to tell him I wasn't comfortable doing this and that we should turn back. I even explained to him that people vanish and die in missing parks and that he was setting us up to do just that. He said "Okay, let's go." And continued to walk down the trail. About 500 feet later, I looked at my phone and saw I didn't have service. By this point, I got in front of him and yelled since he wasn't listening to me when I didn't. "You're being a fuckind idiot, we're turning around **now.**" is what I think I said. This was a few years ago, so I don't fully remember. After we turned around, about 3000 feet down the path, he saw a sign. He then tried to convince me to go back down another unfamiliar trail, and even started talking down to me like I was the one who put us in the situation. "J, This trail is shorter. It'll be safe and fun and easy!" Something about his voice made me snap even further. I remember telling him to shut the hell up, that we didn't know that trail at all, that we didn't know this park at all, and that for all we knew, my dad could be on the trail we were on looking for us. The look he got on his face made me think he was gonna kill me. He was much bigger than me, weighed more, and knowing him, probably had a weapon. As unbelievable as this sounds, he then started babbling in Russian, for some reason. My friend isn't from Russia- he's from America, and has never once left it. He wasn't speaking in russian out of comfort, he was speaking in Russian because he KNEW I couldn't understand him. After about 10 minutes of this, I turned around and told him to shut the hell up, that he was the one who put us in this situation, and that if he listened to me the first four times I told him, I wouldn't have yelled. We did ultimately get out, but my friend never admitted fault. I didn't message him much after that, until he called me and tried to tell me I was the one taking *him* down an unfamiliar trail. I directly told him that he wasn't going to lie to my face after he pulled that one and he then pulled out the "you yelling made me want to kill myself" card. I ended up cutting contact with that friend a few months down the line. Retelling it, I still don't know if I believe it happened or if I'm just crazy. Don't befriend nutjobs, folks.

All the missing person cases are haunting, but looking at the face of Caleb Josiah Howard is particularly haunting, especially given there is hardly anything about him on the Internet. Was he attacked? Was he suicidal? No one knows.
I agree. I'm really sorry to say, because I never miss a Rusty video, but it made me feel really depressed and I wasn't sure if I could watch through until the end. :(
The case where the woman left her two children unattended to get something from her car, caught my attention. Why this woman didn’t take her children by their hands and went to her car the 3 of them together to retrieve whatever the hell she wanted??? Had she have done that, her autistic son would be alive today. She is the one to blame for the disappearance of her child, she is solely responsible for that. I blame her 100% I don’t understand the mind of some people, I really don’t. But it is disturbing and disgusting that a child disappeared because of being left alone while the mother went to her car to get something. That is inconceivable in my mind especially, in the times we live and in a national park. 🙄 Very strange and sad. So tragic for this child. 😢
