Great demonstration of how those vectors interact Rob. Thanks! Very timely as well as I was wondering this very thing. My irons can be seemingly laser straight, yet I'm still fighting slice spin on my driver. I also tend to strike the heel on my driver a lot, which doesn't help as that can also impart slice spin.
Another great video and explanation. I feel like this video was for me after my comment the other day on wrist angles at the top😆 Explains why my driving was so bad the other day and I couldn’t work out what I was doing different to normal
Hi Rob, I really enjoy your videos and they certainly improved my game! Thanks for your very clear way of explaining! Question: what do you recommend in terms of grip pressure? Any thoughts on that?
If I try to hit faster I slice, if I make a more controled swing the Ball goes straight. Maybe a slower swing gives me more time to correct the clubface?
Thanks Rob for all your help. Would you say your average trajectory (and perhaps stack and tilt more generally) is a bit lower than most? If so have you already concluded this is preferred to seeking more height? Perhaps this is the skytrak visualization but on another video i believe your height was around 60-70 ft

Thanks Rod. While I've heard the descriptions you used today, seeing it and having you explain it made a world of difference. In appreciation.
Thanks for that! 👍🏻
Every video is great!!!!!
Very kind of you to say so. Thank you! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Started again with SaT and shot a 84 without any effort… Your Video for Driver-Setup helped a lot!!!!!
That’s awesome! Well done!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Yes, strike location on the club face is another factor to consider. Heel strikes will exacerbate the slice spin axis!

Great explanation as always Rob .
Well done mate
Thank you, George! 🙏🏻
Love your channel. I’m still getting slices on my driver with stack and tilt. Do you do swing analysis anywhere I could sign up for?
Yes I do! Download the Skillest app and search for me on there.
Oh my (expletive) good god. Wow. Magnificently explained and trying this out tomorrow night.
Thanks again Rob, I look forward to not having to shout "Fore right!" Next time I tee off 👍
Video I’ve needed! I hit my irons too straight! Then my driver goes out about 175 yards and then turns right 50 yards
Happy to hear the video was helpful and timely! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I actually address that exact issue in this video - Why Swinging Slower Actually Hits The Ball Further!

Rob, isn't this very dependent on grip? If you bow your wrist with a strong grip you will hit low hooks.
My hands get ahead of the club at impact, so even with a bowed left wrist, I can still slice the ball.
Omg! Enough with the slice! Not everybody fights the slice!.... what about those who fight the left side ..in every aspect!
