I made these and they are a HUGE hit! I used freeze-dried coffee granules and the flavour/smell was amazing.. They are quite crisp to bite into but when you keep them in your mouth for a few seconds, the outer shell melts down and then the entire cookie melts in your mouth with ease - this is helpful for people with sensitive teeth/braces..
