The recipe calls for "powdered sugar" and in the video it looks light brownish. What type of sugar is this please. The powdered sugar I'm familiar with in Canada, is very very fine white granulated sugar, also called Icing Sugar.
I am wondering the same thing...maybe it is some type of palm sugar? I know Bulk Barn has a lot of different sugars and this looks like one they have there, but would like to know for sure

@juliettemartinez180 hi. Maybe your dough was too soft. Try leaving it in the refrigerator longer, so the butter has hardened before putting it directly in the preheated oven.
