Hampton Cove is located in the city of Owens Cross Roads, which is in Huntsville City limits, zoned for Huntsville City Schools, and is a short 15-minute drive from Downtown Huntsville, Huntsville Hospital, and Jones Valley. Approximately 20-25 minute drive to Redstone Arsenal. Hampton Cove is a popular choice for those who prefer homes younger than 20 years old. New construction is prevalent in the area, as well as existing spec- and custom homes.

I used to live in Huntsville 1965-1971, I have lived in the Washington DC area since 1976, people seem to be laid back and friendlier in Huntsville.
