@@ejdedman DC2 ITR. And i'm assuming he's saying it's the best since Honda has a long FF heritage that the integra fits into. While the F20 is an amazing motor and overall better than the B18, the S2000 is 400 pounds heavier than the DC2 and is FR, making it an oddity for Honda rather than the Pinnacle of their achievement.

Everytime the Kei Office S14 shows up in a race they say it's 280 or 300 HP with just a ECU tune and increased boost. Hard to believe with the stock turbo and the tiny side mount intercooler. The bone stock K's S14 they did the 400m drag race against the DC2, which lost, still looks faster than the Kei Office S14 here.

The ITR DC2 is one of the best handling FF cars, understeer is still an issue just depends on the corner and speed. Also that S14 is pretty vanilla and Nissan suck at suspension and setup.
