材料
◉小松菜　　５株～６株
◉卵　　　　２個
◉ニンニク　　　１片
調味料
◉鶏ガラ顆粒スープの素　　小１
◉酒　　　大１
◉塩、コショウ　　適量
☆胡麻油　　　大1
① 小松菜は洗って ざく切りにし、ニンニクはみじん切り、卵は溶きほぐしておきます。
② フライパンを熱し胡麻油をひき ニンニクを炒め 香りが立って来たら小松菜を炒めます。
③ 油が全体に馴染んだら酒大さじ1杯を回し入れて塩コショウをします。
④ フライパンの半分に寄せて溶き卵を加え炒り卵にして小松菜と合わせて中華味を小さじ1杯を振りかけ
全体に馴染ませたら完成です。
☆腎臓結石がある方は葉物野菜はシュウ酸が多いので
ざく切りにした後水につけると良いですよ☺️

◉ Komatsuna 5 to 6 plants
◉2 eggs
◉1 clove of garlic
seasoning
◉Chicken bone granule soup base 1st grade
◉Alcohol　　1 large
◉Salt and pepper as appropriate
☆1 tbsp sesame oil
① Wash the komatsuna and roughly chop it, mince the garlic, and beat the egg.
②Heat a frying pan, add sesame oil, stir-fry the garlic, and when it becomes fragrant, stir-fry the komatsuna.
③ Once the oil is completely absorbed, add 1 tablespoon of sake and season with salt and pepper.
④ Add beaten eggs to half of the frying pan, fry them, mix with komatsuna, and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of Chinese flavor.
Once it blends into the whole thing, it's complete.
☆If you have kidney stones, leafy vegetables are high in oxalic acid.
It’s best to cut it into pieces and then soak it in water ☺️
