Intuitively figured out the paper clip technique but not that there were three holes. Thanks, I was 15 minutes away from driving to the nearest Walmart and getting a new one.
I used a hairpin to clear the three holes surrounding the puncture device, instead of a paperclip. It worked like a charm. Thank you for the idea of how to fix my machine.
This worked for the same issue of coffee flowing slowly. It did not feel like the paper clip was clearing any obstruction, but it did resolve the issue.
Cool. Thanks. I am going to try this. I had a pod leak the coffee grounds into the machine and I am able to flush water thru well but the minute I put a k cup in there, the water is dribbling out and brewing very slowly. Let’s hope this doesn’t trick for me.
I was also ready to get a new one. I did this fix and it still did not work right. I then used the paper clip on the bottom needle under where the pod sits and that was the problem . Problem solved .

I ran citric acid for my slow drip symptom without success. Thank you for your genius solution. Your small paperclip method saved my machine!

I had the same issue but wasn’t clogged at all. I unplugged it for a day then plugged it back in and it worked.
