Truly focus on nothing but Jesus, Just Jesus, and you will start to feel the peace of God, if it starts to go away get your focus back on Jesus, Jesus is the key to peace, Jesus is the King over fear and if you call upon him truly with all your heart and seek him and focus on him all fear will leave and all peace will come and it will pass understanding. When I came to Christ I was terrified of everything, I thought that if I ate something a certain way or put on a specific shirt that day I would end up dying that or my brother would, but god doesn’t want me or you or anyone to live in fear. There is only one healthy fear, Fear of the Lord, I will pray for you brother, the fear will leave if you focus on Jesus!
I’ve changed and I’ve turned away from all my sins except for one. That sin is wrath. I have really bad anger issues and mental health issues but I don’t know how to run away from it. 😢
When you feel angry, start to ask God for His divine help, Yahweh is patient and slow to anger and He wants you to be too, but we aren't perfect that's why He died on the cross for us, but it's good you want to change
One practical thing you could do is walking away from the situation or from people you get angry with. Find a place you can be alone by yourself and pray to God asking for help and protection. Remind yourself of His Words and the undesirable consequences of anger you wouldn’t want to happen. Hope this helps. Be blessed!
Best thing you can possibly do is rely on the lord. This means turn your back on what the mass would do and turn to the church and to scripture. Try to find Christian friends or join a study group if you haven’t already. But communion with god and his children is crucial to dethroning sin in you life.
Amen 🙏 I can say this is true. I had weak faith for years and because of that got myself into mess after mess. Only after God got my attention through tragedy and pain, were my eyes finally open to the depth of love, grace, and mercy has for each of us. I completely surrendered my life to Him, putting Him as Lord and Master of my life and my decisions. After I completely surrendered, God commanded me to do a "spring cleaning" of my life, letting go of people and things I knew tripped me up. Some things I let go of, but others i fought Him on. I did not understand why God was asking to let go of a certain anime and I fought and fought until my health declined. It was at that point where God started pointing out verses of idolatry, every single day. When you run to something for comfort, encouragement, and a reason to keep going through the day, that's an idol. When you spend all of your time either thinking about it or engaging in it, its not just an idol but a little g god in your life. Idols/gods separate you from the one true God and will cause you to fall, if you don't repent and remove them from your life. Look what it cost Israel in the Old Testament, destruction and exzile, and wondering around in the desert for 40 yrs. Don't argue with God. Anything He says let go of isn't good for you. If it was He wouldn't be telling you to let it go. He protecting you from the destructions of the flesh and deception of the devil. Remember He loves you and wants the best for you. God bless.❤

Amen. I believe the one thing that can hold someone back is their mind. Our lives are filled with so many choices. And God loves us enough that He gives us free will with those choices. It's our choice whether we choose to submit to Christ in everything and renew our minds in His Word, which cuts sharper than any two edged sword, or we can choose to submit to the world and fall. Become puffed up with pride like satan did and instead of yielding to The Word of God which saves, we yield to the pleasures of this world, foolishly thinking that we "deserve that much" and then suffer eternally because of it. I want to remind everyone watching this to make sure your roots are in Christ Jesus. The devil can swoop by at his leisure and steal the Word in your hearts making you fall back into sin. I have struggled with that particular passage in Matthew for years. I read it as a child I read it as a young adult I read it as an adult and I kind of stayed away from that because it broke my heart. I believe I would have gone away dejected. I thank God for his grace. I thank God every time Jesus allowed me to come before him for forgiveness and grace. As the old folks used to say when I was growing up, Thank God for Jesus.
Thank you LORD that you have given me grace to repent for being offended by you with a prideful and arguing heart. Hey brother, I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way, but please, keep going! I'm 16, I feel the same way, I want to talk to more people, to help them, and to preach without any anger or fear. I'm glad that you show concern for coming close to God because some people don't care and that is a lot worse. Just know that God is here for you, Jesus will never abandon you, He died for you on the cross and won't leave you. Place your hope and faith in the Lord Jesus! God is not angry with you; God loves you and has a plan uniquely for you in your life. We are all sinners and must repent. It's good that you may be convicted and if you have sinned repent and the Lord is faithful and just to forgive you just as I have been forgiven. Declare that for yourself and truly believe that you have been cleansed in the blood of Christ. To come closer to God, you can read your bible, pray, and by fasting. When I stumble with weird thoughts that come across by head, I reject the bad thoughts and repent, I know that God is right here holding my hand, and He's holding your hand too. Nobody is perfect except the Lord, so when you stumble, always get back up. Trust in Him and grow in true love and faith for the Lord. Reading the bible is very refreshing many times. Love you brother. God loves you the most!
Here's some scriptures too, and know that salvation produces obedience, we aren't saved by good works. We are saved by faith, but what is faith without good works. Essentially, we will want to do good and help others because Jesus our Lord changes what we want to do. Our good works will prove our faith, but by faith alone in Lord Jesus are we saved. Love what God loves and hate what God hates. God will help you in your growth and I'm still needing to grow a lot more too, sometimes it's hard to see. I struggle with exactly that. I know exactly what to do and how to take God's word and I love being how God wants me to be but I always fight with my mind and emotions using God's word but sometimes the feeling of disregarding God's word is so strong. I pray and cry to the Lord because there's nothing in this world that I want more than to respect, love and live for God. Please pray for me. As I face this challenge I praise the Lord and thank God because the word says in everything give thanks to the Lord.

Hey brother, I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way, but please, keep going! I'm 16, I feel the same way, I want to talk to more people, to help them, and to preach without any anger or fear. I'm glad that you show concern for coming close to God because some people don't care and that is a lot worse. Just know that God is here for you, Jesus will never abandon you, He died for you on the cross and won't leave you. Place your hope and faith in the Lord Jesus! God is not angry with you; God loves you and has a plan uniquely for you in your life. We are all sinners and must repent. It's good that you may be convicted and if you have sinned repent and the Lord is faithful and just to forgive you just as I have been forgiven. Declare that for yourself and truly believe that you have been cleansed in the blood of Christ. To come closer to God, you can read your bible, pray, and by fasting. When I stumble with weird thoughts that come across by head, I reject the bad thoughts and repent, I know that God is right here holding my hand, and He's holding your hand too. Nobody is perfect except the Lord, so when you stumble, always get back up. Trust in Him and grow in true love and faith for the Lord. Reading the bible is very refreshing many times. Love you brother. God loves you the most!
Here's some scriptures too, and know that salvation produces obedience, we aren't saved by good works. We are saved by faith, but what is faith without good works. Essentially, we will want to do good and help others because Jesus our Lord changes what we want to do. Our good works will prove our faith, but by faith alone in Lord Jesus are we saved. Love what God loves and hate what God hates. God will help you in your growth and I'm still needing to grow a lot more too, sometimes it's hard to see.

That was me the People who wanted to Throw Jesus at the Edge of the Town I’m Prideful and a lot of times I get thoughts in my Head thinking “God is evil” when he’s not and then I believe them for a little while and then it happens again I Harden My heart against God and sometimes I get offended of Gods word but I want to Change I’m willing to Change I’m Willing to Listen because there’s times where I don’t believe But instead unbelieving I still believe even If it’s hard to believe I still keep fighting and holding on tight to the only thing I have and when I’m distracted and I’m doing something and I hear read your Bible and pray ignore it I don’t want to do that anymore I need help changing these things

I struggle with exactly that. I know exactly what to do and how to take God's word and I love being how God wants me to be but I always fight with my mind and emotions using God's word but sometimes the feeling of disregarding God's word is so strong. I pray and cry to the Lord because there's nothing in this world that I want more than to respect, love and live for God. Please pray for me. As I face this challenge I praise the Lord and thank God because the word says in everything give thanks to the Lord.
