truth in movies , lies in the news...they've been telling us for ages...
The most lies is in the Trump administration. Such a corrupt man for president. Never thought my fellow christians would lose their way. To support such a horrid man. Just don't understand it. God did NOT send such a bully, a con, a fraud, and a compulsive liar. Only goes to show me that those whom I thought were Christian, really aren't.
@@jazzysophie9943 Do you think the Democrats are more appreciative of God? Their only God is the Globalist state!
@@jazzysophie9943 How wrong you are. What you wrote is just your opinion of the man, not the facts. Because you dont like him you ignore the facts. This is the big one: No matter who gets into office, it is Gods man. Even Obama. Everything happens to accomplish Gods plan for the age. Man plans his way but God directs his path. Dont forget the fact that the Antichrist will come in through the liberal socialist agenda, that is why everything is heading toward socialism. Gods Word, the Bible says: Straight, narrow is the path (conservative) broad, (liberal) is the path which leadeth to distruction. There by few shall enter.
@@jeffsnow7749 Absolutely right Brother. The Antichrist will come to power through the criminal liberal, socialist, global agenda.
I kept thinking David Soul was going to break into song every time that music started.oh my....
I bought the vinyl record soundtrack to this episode. It was titled, "Dee Dee Dee Dooo" or was it "Do Doo Doo Dee". I can't remember. The lyrics were very complicated.
Where did you find it? All I can find is the version with words. I've been searching all over the internet. :( I love the beautiful version from this show! I love that the feeling comes through without the need for words.
Actually David Soul set out to be a folk singer, then later he got into acting- so you could say his first love was singing ( I guess )
Pretty good episode - thanks
This one went squarely through the middle of the uprights.
It's an old football reference for ITS GOOD!
The greatest power in the universe is the power of the Holy Ghost.

The acoustic music is very 70's.
And very beautiful!
I love these old weird shows
I like the series but these comments are giving me life--xo
This was the last episode that aired in the "Circle of Fear" a.k.a. "Ghost Stories" TV series before it was stupidly CANCELED in 1973. David Soul did an amazing performance here. With all the garbage that is on the air and streaming online in 2023, it blows the mind how good dramatic episodic programming on television really was half a century ago. And they had to CANCEL this series back then. Idiots.
David soul is cute and very good actor
My favorite episode ! !
Well that was sad
Handsome david soul in his hayday
Uploaded in 2015, watching it in July, 2024. Makes me wonder what happened to Winston Essex. Hope he's alright.
Wonder if those '70s contacts hurt David Soul's eyes? This was a sad story. In the end, she just walks away like, eww, you're old now. See ya.
He wore contacts most of the time, so I doubt these dark ones bothered him.
@@saransong5547 Thanks. I've always heard the older contacts hurt the eyes. But I guess it depended on type.
@@brooklyngal6334 it's true that a lot of people could not wear them, but he was one of the lucky people that could.
@@brooklyngal6334 in fact, Paul Michael Glaser, David's partner in S&H, had very blue peepers, and was made to wear dark brown contact lenses for his role in Fiddler on the Roof movie back then, and he did have a lot of trouble wearing them, as they hurt his eyes.
@@saransong5547 Oh wow that's right. He did wear contacts in that film. There really was no need to give him any then.
Wonder how she explained this to the next guy she dated? "I sold my soul to be with the last guy I dated in exchange for eternal youth. All I would have to do is suck the life out of others at night to keep it up. He wouldn't let me go through with it though and gave up his soul in exchange. So I'm single now."
The eyes match Victor Jory's and Jory's wig looks like David Soul's hair. It's called "continuity."
He looks weird with those brown eyes. Reminds me of the ending shot in "The Stepford Wives", just before Joanna got turned into a robot.
true
I haven't finished it yet, but I thought the eyes had something to do with this show.
pity it didn't extend to the hands
Always found David Soul hugely attractive, and seeing him here in his pre Starsky And Hutch days, he's even hotter than back when I was a kid. And Sheila Larkin, Scully's mother from The X Files, never saw her in anything else, amazing though.
This was rather sad...
Good episode and performances.
I was wondering where I have seen her before - Sheila Larken, she plays Scully's mother in The X-Files.
