My area does this alot. So when its leaf season i go harvest the leaves off the street then compost it to get black gold for my garden... last year no floods and hopin this year my area is good.... speaking on that the trees loaded my streets up again so gotta go to the storm drains and take the leaves away then clean the streets up... Great video love seeing this kinda help
In civilized countries the council takes care of that! They maintain and clean the sewer system on a regular base!! They also remove leaves when necessary!
