That timing @30:36 was so perfect :D Very well done, Mr Knott, thanks so much for this detailed class. We have a crappy teacher but this video helped me to understand everything so much better.
I just want to know how to set-up a pneumatic hammer fore metal forging. When I step on the foot control it needs to be able to have a variable control and return after every hit.
The valve is not the part that wears out, but the mechanical element of the roller valve. It is not being upsideown that is the problem, but the piston hitting the switch on the wrong side of the pivot / fulcrum
Hi I have watched all your videos on pneumatics now I want to try your excersise, but when I look for the components there are so many diffrent types. Can you list the part numbers so I can buy them. Thanks for a great video series.
Thanks you very much for this very informative and educational video. It would be very helpful if you can attach the product name, number and information of the components used. Thanks

Superb presentation skills. Thank you. One genuine question: why is it you say the lever actuated 3/2 valve wears out more if placed upside down?
The valve is not the part that wears out, but the mechanical element of the roller valve. It is not being upsideown that is the problem, but the piston hitting the switch on the wrong side of the pivot / fulcrum
