Romans 1:18 says God is revealing his wrath on the world. He then goes on to explain WHY God is revealing his wrath: Mankind tendency to suppress the truth and deny their Creator. Then he goes on to explain HOW God is revealing His wrath: By giving them up to the self destructive and sinful desires of their hears. I other words, the "freedom" to surrender yourself to the deprived desires of your heart is itself the wrath of God.
