Please can you clarify, so you believe that the second “reveled” meaning is also “in the Gospel”? Gods’ wrath is revealed also in the Gospel? Meaning He reveled His wrath on the cross? I personaly tend to interpet this passage the same way. Funny fact, this interpretation is attributed to Karl Barth. (I am not liberal in any sense, just fun fact).
The typical "you're not an atheist, but a suppressor of truth" Strawman. The problem is that Romans 1 isn't talking about atheists, but in order to tell people "they are without excuse", you have to make up characteristics about people that aren't even true. Again, Romans 1 isn't talking about atheists. It states in those verses who the subject is. Please don't try to concoct deception about an entire group of people. You're free to have these conclusions and people believe them, but for actual atheists, none of this is factual.
Romans 1 speaks about all people that supress the truth of existence of such God that God reveled by universal revelation - creation. I do not get your point. Atheist do not recognize the existence of God. May be I did not fully understand your point. Could you clarify?
@@joeangular No, it tells in the verses who is being talked about. Atheists are not the subject of the verses. Theists are. I understand that religious people view the universe as "a creation", and will even call it as such. But there is nothing about the expanse of the universe that denotes it "being created". The universe just is.
@@DRayL_I have no idea how you arrived to such a conclusion. in v 18 it says wrath is reveled against ALL ungodliness. the verses especially speaks about atheists, becouse they are the ones (not just them ofcourse) that refuse the ilumination of the holy spirit of the universal revelation. so they realy are without apology. But I guess you are one of them? So I get it you do not get it.
@@DRayL_they “knew” (aorist participle - after knowing) because God shewed it to them through creation v 19. God shewed it to all. that is the point. so they are all who refused without “legal defence” at the white throne judgement. all new, but not all those who new apcceted it. some refused it in their iniquity (irational emotional rejection of truth).
Great message
Thank you sir. Listening from overseas.
That was an outstanding sermon with a superb conclusion.
I am so excited about this study. I’ve been wanting to do a deep dive of the book of Romans. Thank you, Sir!

I understand this topic quite well, actually.
