My 2 cents in case Heartland is listening, which basically mirrors what others have said:
    1. Ladder to access roof, or at least a ladder prep
    2. Change dining table to hinged foldable option and either foldable chairs or bar stools
    3. Single bigger sink in bath
    4. Porcelain toilet
    5. Queen bed is sufficient and would give a little more space on each side of bed
    6. Both pass-thru storage doors should be same size (large)
    7. Solar package of at least 150 Watts (more is better)
    8. (2) 30# propane tanks
    9. (1) grey tank drain rather than two
There is A LOT here to like with this trailer. With just a few minor changes, this could be one of the very best TT options on the market.

This one has a great floor plan. but when you got to the lack of solar that was a deal breaker. If the second sink could be omitted and put a slightly larger single sink in the bathroom that would be a plus to me.

Very interesting. With some slight changes it could be a tiny house. Yes, a solar option would help, but get rid of the outside kitchen altogether. Push that vanity closer to the outside wall, making more room between it and the toilet. Add a stackable washer/dryer in half the space and a bigger sink if there is room. Now we have a perfect tiny house!

Hopefully, Rockstaff will get ahold of this and put there spin on it. Solar at least three different packages. Generator. Removable table - either stored in the bench or chaise, along with folding chairs instead of fixed. Porcelain toilet, delete the second sink and bump out on bathroom counter top. Larger 22" oven. Queen bed option from the factory. LED light strip all through the pass-through. Shave down the outdoor kitchen to allow for mega awning. Ladder and second propanus. Perfect couples camper that allows guests.

Really interesting floor plan and I like the modern but still warm colors. Totally agree that the table being able to be removed would be beneficial, especially for in-transit access. Also agree on the bathroom - one larger sink vs. the two tiny sinks. Also - given how deep the cabinet is, they don’t need the sinks to extend into the bathroom space with those semi-circle extensions. And yes - every RV should have solar prep

Another great floor plan for a retirement RV that will fit in the smaller state parks, but with Fifth wheel amenities. If you could get it with a queen and less overhead, removable or no table, and optional no camp kitchen and add a generator, or storage. Also one larger bathroom sink with more storage in place of the other one.

I think a few minor “tweaks” would make this an awesome unit. 1) put one sink in the bathroom and free up counter space. 2) use a French cleat for the dining table so it can be removed for travel mode. 3) make provisions for a ladder on the exterior. 4) prep for solar. This is a great floor plan. I think a few minor changes would take it to the next level.

Bathroom; I agree, one larger sink and narrow the counter for toilet clearance.
Add a built in shower seat.
Make a double fold dinette table with folding support.
Lop off the end of the sofa for passthrough room with collapsed slide.
Rework the over bed cabinet for more head room.
All minor stuff... the overall is great.
I've noticed that even the large campers normally don't have ample counter space. If you're making and cooking a meal covering the range for work space is not an option.

drivers side storage door should be the same size as passenger. 1=sink in bathroom. French cleat the table on the wall. Add a basic solar package. I like outside kitchen t have a basic sink to wash hands while cooking. Agree with the awning needing to go all the way back. Ladder is a must. I like the fresh layout. I really like the layout. I never wanted that much space used for the table so that is awesome. The couch I wish was a recliner. In the bathroom go with one sink and give a bit more room around the toilet by not having it stick out like that. Solar I want a minimum of 200 watts. The upgrade to me should be to get to 600 plus watts if possible. I do want the ladder. The travel access is not bad. If the table could be removed that would be great.

Ok, I’m kind of annoyed. I’ve commented on other videos and suggested virtually this exact living/dining layout. So, I’m just going to assume full credit 😂. In that spirit, obviously I’m a huge fan of this. The double sinks definitely need to go, however. You rarely have excellent water pressure when camping, so running two sinks is basically a fruitless, bordering on wasteful, endeavor. Round of applause on the corner closet layout in the bedroom. Separately, wish the table were free floating. Also, I think a sprayer on kitchen faucets should just be standard in every unit. It’s so necessary when washing every dish by hand. I know it’s an easy fix, but I’d prefer to see it from the factory virtually every time. Again, though, I am a MASSIVE fan of this overall. Buuuut…give us a freaking ladder guys!

There are a lot of things I like about this floor plan, however, the double bathroom sinks is a total waste. When camping, my husband and myself are in vacation mode and don’t feel the time-crunch need to be brushing our teeth at the same time. We are much more interested in one large bathroom sink and lots of counter space. Other things we want are a bigger space for the television, seating that has the ability to recline or that has a comfy footstool, and a free standing table that can be removed. Also, room for a CPAP, is a must.

OK Josh.... I really like this one... My suggestions, I like the table set up with chairs, but I'm thinking some folding chairs would be nice (and the second sink in the bathroom would be a great place that could store them!)... and/or the 2nd sink area could be a large wardrobe area... The table could just have folding legs where it could be used inside or out (maybe with the folding chairs😁).... I like the wide stance wheels, wish the grey tanks were connected with one dump, I'd like to see some other options for the lounge/couch... Maybe a full sofa recliner. But the large bed, that's walk around enough to get into (IMO)... and the nice storage in the bedroom and that pantry.... She really checks some good boxes for me!!!

I *LOVE* this layout. I'm constantly amazed by the enormous pantry with the ridiculous 'fireplace', huge TV, and big 12v refrigerator with NO FRICKIN PLACE TO COOK! On top of that, having that giant brick of space just at the entrance means almost no camp side windows. This is MUCH better. It would be even more improved by taking away one sink and adding some hanging storage in the bath that faces out to the kitchen so it is convenient to the door. I was hoping to see someone continue the cabinet line to the door, but this might even be better.

    Nice floor plan.
    Changes I would recommend:
    1. Mirror the large pass through door on the driver's side.
    2. Add a water quick connect near the camp kitchen, or, move the outside shower to that area.
    3. As to the solar, I would request a high quality solar prewire (solid wiring sizes, inverter prep), and add an option for a couple levels of solar from the factory (200W, 400W or so). Maybe pair that with an "Off Grid" option package including larger LP tanks.

Only changes I would like to see would be a single sink in the bathroom, a smaller camp kitchen door to allow a full length awning, loose the second air option and replace with a solar package, lastly for the desk/table, update that to new units that are legless (usually only allow to lower for dinette bed, but make so it folds flat down hang). Nothing I point out is a deal breaker. This is an awesome travel trailer and now on my list to see in person. The color scheme inside is pretty, like the sofa, like the table/chair seating, like the fridge size, ample storage inside, decent tv placement (even though it doesn't come with one). Love the outside kitchen and storage. Ample walk-thru space when slide is in. That being said...here's the negatives. All RVs should at least come with solar prep now days. Not a fan of the bathroom on the other side of the camper from bedroom. (So when you get up in the middle of the night, wander the house & pee) I agree with you, double sink not necessary. Storage would be better. I don't like the backsplash/wallpaper in kitchen. I also agree, a removable table would be much better. Again, none are a deal breaker. I would buy this unit. Good job Heartland!

Foldable butcher block table, single vanity sink with cabinets built in on top of the counter on one side, eliminate the storage next to the shower to expand the shower with the now extra space. 300 Watt solar base package.

100% right about the sinks. I agree with making the table moveable. Love this floorplan tho. I like the cutting board counter tops. Like the corner closet thing. WOuld be curious if it could be modded for a combo washer.
If they want feedback on solar then I would say put very large cable on the portable connection instead of the 10A type that's only good for one panel. So even if you want to roof mount a bunch of solar you can run a single wire down along the inside of the nose cap into the storage where the controller connection is. This would make it an easy add for anyone with reasonable handy skills and appeals to both people that want to plug in or roof mount their solar and allow it to be as big as you want it. That's like a $10 add to the cost for that many options. Probably spend more on marketing and explaining the possibilities than the actual connector.

This is close to being the ultimate couples only work-from-camping camper. I often need to work from my camper, and that desk setup is fantastic. I like the double sink, even with the toilet there. If the couch wasn’t a hidey bed, but had a recliner function, that would be awesome - I don’t want or need guests! I can’t imagine a trailer with this much potential doesn’t offer even a minimalist solar capability. Travel access is fine by me. Hitch receiver on bumper for bike rack?

In the modern age, with a camper like this, 100w should be the base/standard package. Upgradable to 300w.
100w of solar is a low cost selling point. Not that I am condoning this, but I have seen the cheap chinesium solar controllers and panels that other OEMs install. I know it can be done cheap.
Of course I want to see all campers come with full blown off-grid solar/LiFePo/inverter setups, but most people don’t need that. But a 100w panel keeps the batteries up in storage and really helps when boondocking.

It definitely needs a ladder, solar, one bigger sink in the bathroom and then there could be a few options for the remaining space. The outside kitchen could be made a little smaller on the width and then the awning could go all the way back, and also put two thirty pound propane tanks on it.

I love this floor plan!!!! 3 changes I'd make: I'd make that dining table removable as you said, cut back the kitchen cabinets and counter enough a larger person could slide past the closed slide to the bedroom, and in the bathroom: I would remove the sink by the toilet, putting counter depth cabinets in that space, then remove the cabinets by the shower so the shower stall could be bigger in length (easier to accommodate shower chairs aftermarket)
I'd also make a true queen bed, solar, and ladders optional.

I agree with you on that double sink. One big sink would work much better. The elevated counter would work perfect for a buffet so that the kitchen table is open just to eat on. I like the corner couch where you can sit comfortably and your wife can lay down too. The counter space is GREAT compared to other travel trailers. For the table, if you put one of the chairs in front of the table, you can work on the table and watch the TV too. Is the AC quit? This one has more bedroom storage than our TT. Love the floors.

This is a very interesting floor plan. I recommend a few changes to make this camper even better. 1. 6’9” ceiling height. 2. 1 sink in the bathroom. 3. Roof ladder. 4. Rear receiver hitch for bike rack. 5. Move the handle down in the upper cabinet in the bathroom so the handle doesn’t hit the window valance. 6. Same size doors on the pass through. 7. One sewer outlet. 8. Factory solar option. 8. Table mod as you described Josh. 9. Queen bed option. 10. Shelves in upper kitchen cabinets. 11. Awning over outdoor kitchen. My two cents. Thanks again for another great video.

Ok, adding this to my top five narrow down list 2024. Agreed, drop down on the table, folding chairs, single bathroom sink, extend the awning, solar packages! Love all the counter space. How about taking the grill onto a bumper mount to make the kitchen smaller so the awning can be extended? 🎯 Outdoor fridge helps keep the RV cleaner. Would rather have a larger shower, move storage to the second, hard to reach sink area. Thin closet might fit with larger shower, great for hanging items, brooms, stick vacuum, mop…
The lack of solar may be the one thing that puts one of the other RVs on my short-list over this one, though, despite the unique layout. 🥺 With the difficulty of finding park reservations, the ability to boondock or utilize a no hookup site is very attractive, and absolutely necessary here in So Cal.

I like the layout, but you are right, two or 3 things would make this better inside. As you pointed out, the table would be better if it was removable, the double sink do away with it, make it: storage, laundry hamper, portable compact washer connection, or something to that extend. Prefer queen bed as you say make use of the storage box right there. One thing i dont like is the fact that the counter space sticks into the trailer that much. Otherwise a neat layout for a travel trailer.

Yes, this would benefit from that table being removable. I'm short so stepping around in road mode would be very difficult. Also, solar prep/option for sure!!!! Also, removing the tiny sink and making a slightly bigger one would be appreciated; maybe the spot with the toilet side sink could be a counter to ceiling storage cabinet since there is already so much counter space.

That bathroom vanity is so deep, if they dropped to a single sink they could get creative with some super storage for clothes or other items, maybe on the toilet side. Wouldn’t look so out of proportion then, too, and is another piece of clothes storage to make up for the skinny closets in the bedroom.

Some really good things but some big misses. That table has got to be removeable. Also, there needs to be an entertainment cabinet which allows the controls to move rearward. Climbing onto the bench to see and reach controls is just no good. Second sink should go in bathroom. With respect to doors, make a simple set of counter bores in the door edge with a Forstner bit, glue in a rare earth magnet, and place a steel plate on the door frame. I would prefer a queen bed and a solar panel on the roof. We don’t care about a camp kitchen, especially with no awning coverage and our telescoping ladder is much better than any fixed ladder. Keep up the good work Josh!

What a great floor plan Nerd! I love it when someone comes out with something new like this! I agree with you regarding the double sinks- it’s cute yet gimmicky. No need for that. I’d like to see that extra money get spent on some shelves in the overhead kitchen cabinets. I’d also like a theater seat with end tables option vs the couch in the living area. I also agree with you about the rear ladder- they need to change that as well as make the drivers side front hatch door larger. The king bed is great! I also like the shoe garage at the foot of the bed. I think they’re on to something here, but they just need to make a few minor changes to make it “perfect”. One bathroom sink in this is plenty, especially considering the placement of the second sink and toilet. Personally, I'd rather have more storage space instead of the toilet sink. Not at least prepping for a ladder and solar is going to be a deal breaker for a lot of people and they'll sell more units if they do at least prep for both.
I love the floor plan, the dining desk is great although I do agree that being able to completely remove the table would be a plus. I really like the L lounge and am glad they offer storage space underneath too. The kitchen wonderful and pretty close to perfect. It looks like it has enough prep space and it's got the big farm sink that I want. I like the bedroom storage spaces but I'd personally prefer a queen bed and side closets that extend to the bed platform with cut outs for bedside storage. Since I'm shorter than the average female height of 5'5", with the King Kong sized exterior storage in the way of being able to stand close to the head of the bed I probably wouldn't be able to use the space in the upper storage cabinets but I also probably wouldn't be hitting my head on them either.
Road mode is a maybe and I'd have to actually find a salesperson to allow me to test it in person.
Thank you for reviewing this one, I saw the floorplan on the Heartland site but their official videos didn't answer all of my questions and the 3D walk through feature that everyone uses won't work on my computer.
